KitMan Online can be used in a number of ways for teaching Catering Students of all levels.

• It can be used as a definitive reference for costing.
• Student accounts can be used for Creating a recipe portfolio.
• The Costed Recipes are combined to derive a Menu.
• The required number of Portions of each Dish can be selected.
• Additional Products can be added to create a Costed Food Order.
• The completed Food Order is submitted to Central Stores for an Event Night or RWE assessment.

Each group is under the supervision of a nominated Chef Lecturer.
