The system has been specifically adapted and successfully operated by a variety of Central Production and Distribution Kitchens.

• Permitted Users can select via a simple web shopping basket from a variety of Dishes and Products then create a costed requisition.
• The completed requisition is emailed to the Central Unit plus a copy is sent to the User for their records.
• Central Production can manage and price the items they offer.
• The Requisitions are collated together to create a Production Requirement.
  The individual orders are assumed to have been fulfilled but any adjustments can be made before the Requisition is dispatched with a Delivery Note.
• Similarly it is easy to record any returns.
• Finally Reports are automatically generated for billing / recharging.
• Previous Requisitions are stored for both reference but also to create a Repeat Order.
